How to create folders

As you open up access to your Latana dashboard for various teams within your company, things can start to get a little hectic. Especially when multiple team members have editing access and begin to create the charts they need. This is where our folder feature comes in handy!

Our folder feature helps you to keep your dashboard tidy and organised. To get started, simply:

1. Scroll to charts and click on the + symbol.

2. Name your folder and click on create

3. To rename or delete your folder click the three white dots on the right hand side of your folder name:

4. To reorder your folders, you can click and drag any folder and drop it where you would like it to sit on the left hand panel.

The same applies for the charts. To reorder, simply drag and drop the chart created into the preferred placement. You can also drag and drop the charts created into any folder that you have created:
