Q. Is there a limit to the number of users per account?

A. No there is no limit of users per account. Whilst there is no limit, it is worth noting that all users who have access to the dashboard currently see the exact same view. We would recommend restricting access to users who do not require editing access and creating folders where appropriate to keep the dashboard tidy.

Q. Is there a way we see which users are actively utilising the dashboard?

A. This functionality is not currently available on the dashboard as of yet. Currently, admins are only able to see who has access to the dashboard as well as permission levels.

Q. Is there a log history of which users created each chart, folder or segment?

A. For segments, if you access the segment library (under settings), and click on the segment you are interested in, you will see a timestamp that the segment was created as well as which user it was created by. For charts and folders - this function is not available as of yet.

Q. Can we have individual dashboard views?

A. This is currently not available but will be in future. Stay tuned!
