How to export a csv of your data?

In addition to exploring the data in the Latana app, you also have the option to download this data as a CSV file. While all these insights are visible in the dashboard, there are use cases for exporting the raw data:

  1. Displaying the brand insights in third party data visualization tools

  2. Correlating brand KPIs with other relevant marketing metrics (revenue, website traffic, search etc).

How to download data in a CSV

  1. Access the latana App

  2. Click on the download button at the bottom of the navigation bar

  3. Select the study you would like to download the data for and input your email address

  1. Click “Request export”

  2. The data will arrive in your inbox shortly

After you download the CSV, you can import it to Google Sheets, Tableau or any other third party tool you’re using.
